Overseas applicants may select to pay either by PayPal to (add further 4% to cover charges) or by sterling cheque or draft drawn on a British bank in favour of France & Colonies P S or by equivalent in € or US $ banknotes at sender's risk.

Persons joining the Society after 1st September may elect to:-



either	a) backdate their subscription to 1st January this year

	and receive all publications to date							YES/NO



or	b) make their subscription effective from 1st January the following year,

	receiving publications from that date but meanwhile this year

	being able to participate in all Society activities					YES/NO
